This hotel is conveniently located in a busy area, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings. The staff were lovely and very helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms had very comfy beds, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, with a small balcony offering a glimpse of the Paris rooftops.
All aspects of our stay were up to our expectations.

Location was really good and although the surrounding restaurants were expensive the hotel staff were only too happy to advise of where the family restaurants were. Staff were also very happy to book tours.
The lift was very small but still usuable and not a real problem. I knew this before arriving and did not have a problem with it. The hotel is in the process of renovations and should be pretty good when finished and rooms are tiled rather then the old carpet.

The hotel is located in a prime location, close to the Seine river, right next to a Metro station, and within walking distance of all the major sights, making it ideal for tourists. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing directions and suggestions to guests. the rooms are kept clean and the WiFi is reliable.
The rooms are quite small, which may not be the most comfortable who want to spend a lot of time in the room.

I fell in love with this little hotel tucked into the chic Rue du Bac. Breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the "roofs of Paris"--more chimney pots than you can count. Linger over freshly-squeezed orange juice, a flaky croissant and freshly ground coffee beans for your cafe au lait. Then walk five blocks (ten minutes) to the Seine, the Louvre, the Tuileries, the D'Orsay, the Rue de Rivoli and the Batobus (another great value). Another five minute walk and you're at the Place de la Concorde to watch the Eiffel Tower put on her sparkly dance just for you. The staff is courteous, accomodating and English-speaking.. If you want a Parisian experience, not a touristy experience, this is the hotel for you. I dare you not to share a kiss in the elevator. Make sure you leave time to hang around the charming neighborhood, cafes, great shops, a handful of pattiseries. Don't miss dinner at La Ferme Saint-Simon around the corner. The price fixe meal is excellent and a real bargain. I walked to the Opera and the Galeries Lafayette (the most visited site after the Louvre). This was my ten day home in Paris and I never took a taxi. I loved the bed and the shower. A great value.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Paris. The location was perfect, situated in a busy area, making it convenient to walk to many attractions. The rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, including a small balcony and a very comfy bed. The highlight was the breakfast with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a great way to start the day, enjoying fresh bread and coffee while looking out at the iconic landmark. The staff were attentive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

Its a very cure and nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendy. Very romantic seesight from a terrace where breakfrast is served. Clean room. Towels changed every day. The location was perfect-50 meters from metro station-rue du bac and the hotel is situated on the left bank-more locals less tourists and crowds. Breakfast is good.
We were in december and it was cold in the room. And breakfast is not included in price-it was my fault cause i havent read attentively the information-but we have to pay 200 extra evro.

Great location. Free Internet in our room. Room temperature was nice.
The twin beds were short and narrow, the tub and toilet had not been cleaned. The guy from the front desk said there were no other rooms, yet the Internet listed two rooms like ours available. He told us that he was sorry, but there was no one there to clean our room until the morning, so we would just have to stay there. Our view was 3 walls. Everything was dirty and needed repaired. Young man at the Front desk was not helpful at all. Elevator did not work right. We had to get off a floor above or below ours.

The hotel is located in a central area and it was convenient to explore the city. the staff was friendly and welcoming. They also provided complimentary breakfast during my stay which was a nice touch. the hotel offered an affordable rate during the busy holiday season.
The room was very small, especially the bathroom. the shower was cramped and difficult to use.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and cannot recommend it too highly. It is in the perfect location - walking distance from everywhere of importance - and yet it is much more reasonable than most hotels in the area. The rooms are a good size and have baths as well as showers. But above all the staff are extremely friendly and flexible. We were let down by a French friend who was to host a small party for my daughter and the hotel did not hesitate in offering us the use of the dining room/top floor for this function to the delight of us and our guests. The lovely lady who does the breakfasts could not have been more helpful in providing glasses and so on. Many thanks to you all.
